Mission Estate Winery has announced the appointment of Michael Wentworth as Chief Executive, effective 9 February, 2026.
Wentworth brings extensive leadership experience in wine and hospitality, with a track record of driving growth, shaping brands, and inspiring high-performing teams.
“Michael is a highly respected leader with a clear strategic vision and values that strongly align with Mission Estate,” says Chair of the Board, Phil Hocquard. “His experience and leadership style make him well placed to guide the business forward.”
