We rigorously research, test and invest in specialised new technology and equipment, to provide a range of the latest process innovations as mobile services, direct to the winery door, across New Zealand’s wine regions.

Our equipment is delivered, set-up on-site, operated then cleaned-down and removed by our team of skilled and experienced Wine Technicians.

Clarification Services

Our clarification technologies gently remove solids and particulate matter from both juice and wine, delivering bright, pristine fruit flavours New Zealand wines are renown for.

With wine values at an all-time high, it makes good sense to recover every litre possible from juice lees, bentonite lees, racking lees, barrel lees and fermenting wine. Our juice and wine recovery technologies provide for the efficient recovery of valuable juice and wine from material with high solids content.

Imagine having at your disposal a tool that could greatly enhance your options with regard to the expression of aroma in the wines your create. And that this tool created these options literally out of thin air!

Perseo is the no-input, no-additive way to increase wine potential. With this technique, neither heat nor chemical treatments, which can negatively effect the product are involved and maceration times are dramatically reduced.

Stabilisation involves the removal of insoluble matter in suspension and material which can over time, form tartrates and precipitates in finished wine, which are harmless, yet which consumers may find unappealing. Vintech Pacific’s mobile technologies provide the latest methods for the effective and energy efficient temperature, tartrate and microbial stabilisation of both grape juice and wine.

Our stabilisation technologies provide superior product stability faster and with significant energy savings. We are able to efficiently prevent the formation of tartrates and precipitates, reduce sulphur, metal cations and laccase, and enhance colour and pH, in juice or finished wine.

We provide membrane filtration technologies for every step of wine production, from juice and wine recovery from lees to one-step clarification and microbial stabilisation prior to bottling with options for ‘surgical’ adjustments to wines, down to the molecular level, along the way. From the tried and true RDV, to the latest Alfa Magic, to crossflow, ultra-filtration and reverse osmosis membrane technologies capable of taint compound removal and de-alcoholisation.

The significance of dissolved gases in wine is enormous. O2 is the major factor for oxidation in wine, and CO2 provides major support for the sensory quality, while N2 affects foaming. Oxi_Out by Agrovin is an inline system giving pin-point control of dissolved gasses, deliviering savings in both labour and materials while optimising quality in the finished wine.
