Aroma & Flavour Products

Vintech Pacific produces and markets a range of natural aromas and flavours. These are all derived from exclusively New Zealand wines and can be used to produce innovative food and beverage products.

These products are produced by capturing and super-critically chilling CO2 which is produced naturally during alcoholic fermentation and which is usually vented to atmosphere as a waste product. This process condenses out the aromatic molecules into two fractions; one at around 15% abv. and another at approximately 30% abv.
